Day 2 Utrecht – Enkhuizen
Your ship is docked in one of the liveliest cities in the Netherlands this morning and you have the time and leisure to discover the medieval center of Utrecht, which is well worth seeing. The Utrecht Cathedral is one of the most important of the Netherlands. In the city there are picturesque canals with special shipyard cellars where waterfront pubs, cafes and restaurants are housed. Let yourself be inspired by this on a small city tour (optional). Be enchanted by this wonderful city. Around noon we continue to Enkhuizen. Enjoy the cruise on deck of the MS SEMANON with the river landscape passing by.
Day 3 Enkhuizen – Oudeschild
The rich history of Enkhuizen can still be experienced today with a walk through the old town with its numerous villas, canals, churches, city walls and harbors. Visit with us the Zuiderzee Museum (fak.) and experience the history and culture of this region. This particular open-air museum makes the stories of the people come alive who once lived on the banks of the Zuiderzee. In the course of the afternoon you will reach Oudeschild (island of Texel). Enjoy a short walk in the evening.
Day 4 Oudeschild – Hoorn
White beaches, sheep barns and the Ecomare aquarium with a seal sanctuary await you on the popular north sea island Marvel at the varied landscape of the island during the big panorama tour (optional) or explore Oudeschild independently. Your captain will bring you to the ship while you enjoy your dinner on board.
Day 5 Hoorn – Rotterdam
World famous by Willem Cornelis Schouten, a navigator who circumnavigated South America and gave the archipelago the name his hometown: Cape Horn.
